Check the status of your shipment.
Enter the tracking number issued when your shipment was accepted, for example AVT7K3M9QX2P. It appears on your shipment confirmation and on any notification you have received from us.
What a status means
A shipment status reflects the most recent event recorded against your reference. Between recorded events, the status stays unchanged even though the shipment may still be moving.
If a status has not changed for longer than you expected, or the information does not match what you were told, contact support with your reference so we can review the record.
