How it works

Every shipment follows the same clear sequence.

From the first request through to delivery, each stage has a defined outcome and a record attached to your shipment reference.

  1. 01

    Submit your shipment request

Tell us what is being shipped, the collection and delivery addresses, and when the shipment should be collected. Include contact details so we can send status notifications.

  2. 02

    We review and confirm

Our team checks that the route and service are available, confirms any documentation or handling requirements, and tells you what happens next. Nothing is collected before this step is complete.

  3. 03

    Collection

The shipment is collected from the confirmed pickup address. A shipment reference is issued and attached to the shipment record.

  4. 04

    In transit

The shipment moves toward its destination. Status is recorded as it passes through the stages of its route, and the record attached to your reference is updated.

  5. 05

    Delivery

The shipment is delivered to the address supplied. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment is held and the contact on the shipment is notified.

  6. 06

    After delivery

The shipment record is closed. If there is an issue with the delivery, support can review the record using the shipment reference.
