Information is used to assess and confirm shipment requests, arrange collection and delivery, record shipment status, send notifications to the contacts supplied with a shipment, and respond to support enquiries.

We do not use the information you provide for unrelated marketing without your agreement.

Shipment information may be shared with the parties needed to complete the delivery, such as the recipient of the shipment and any service provider involved in carrying it. Information may also be disclosed where we are legally required to do so.

Aveintum uses trusted service providers only to operate the service: secure website and database hosting, and transactional email delivery providers (for example Brevo, ZeptoMail or Amazon SES) used solely to send service messages such as enquiry confirmations, account emails and shipment updates. We never sell personal information or use it for third-party advertising.

Shipment and support records are kept for as long as needed to provide the service, resolve enquiries and meet record-keeping obligations. Enquiry and support records are generally kept for up to 3 years, and account records for as long as the account is active, unless a longer period is required by law. You can ask us to delete your information at any time by emailing support@aveintum.com.

We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
