We send transactional and service emails only: confirmations of contact enquiries and shipment requests, account emails (email verification, password reset), shipment status updates, and direct replies from our support team.

These emails are sent only because you created an account, submitted a form, or requested a service from us.

Aveintum does not send unsolicited bulk email, does not buy, rent or scrape email lists, and does not share your address with third parties for their marketing.

Marketing or newsletter email, if ever offered, will only be sent to people who have clearly opted in, and every such message will include a working one-click unsubscribe link.

You can stop any non-essential email at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the message or by emailing support@aveintum.com with the subject "Unsubscribe". Requests are honored within 10 business days, and usually much sooner.

Essential service messages (for example a password reset you requested) may still be sent while you use the service.

We follow the U.S. CAN-SPAM Act and applicable email laws: accurate sender and subject lines, a valid physical postal address, and prompt handling of opt-out requests. Our sending domains are authenticated with SPF, DKIM and DMARC.

If you received an email that claims to come from Aveintum but looks suspicious or unwanted, forward it to support@aveintum.com. We investigate every report.
